Almost 75% stake in Cambridge Solutions is owned by Xchanging Plc. – British business process outsourcing firm.
Ken Lever, CEO of Cambridge Solutions said that the future of its employees and customers is secured due to this take over of this business process outsourcing firm.
Cambridge Solutions has about 4600 employees and is an international information technology and business process outsourcing service provider. In FY 2010, the company reported net income of 49.53 million dollars with almost 66% of its revenue generated from the USA, India, and Europe. Its main role is processing of insurance claims.
