Youth in Outsourcing

Personally, I believe that the ones who are benefitting more in the growing outsourcing deal is the youth.

Maybe you are wondering why I am expressing this opinion. Well, first of all, the youth are the ones who are given the opportunity to earn much more as compared to the "regular" jobs open for fresh graduates and young people for these outsourcing destinations.

Aside from that, training the youth in order to be more suitable for outsourcing positions have more returns as opposed to training people who have already experienced more work-wise. Their learning threshold is also very high thus making them more flexible.
