World Outsourcing Forum delegates sign declaration of intent
In the recently held World Outsourcing Forum in Dubai, a declaration of intent was signed by industry leaders headed by Ismail Al Nagi, Director of Dubai Outsource Zone. The document will serve the following functions for the global outsourcing industry: a guideline for standardizing outsourcing practices; aid the worldwide development of the industry; help overcome issues limiting industry growth; and become the foundation of the Dubai Declaration of Outsourcing in 2006.

Specifically, "the committee will work together to raise awareness [about] the benefits of outsourcing and create a positive public perception of the industry through marketing campaigns and educational initiatives. They will [also] seek to provide joint funding to support academic research on outsourcing, and will facilitate research to support outsourcing associations and their members".
Naqi stated, "It is our intention that the World Outsourcing Forum Declaration of Intent will serve as a first step in creating a standard set of regulations for this global industry, to help ensure the quality and build trust between vendors and buyers of outsource services. The conference has been highly productive and we are very pleased that we have been able to document our plans and strategies for facilitating the long-term success of this fast growing industry."

Sell not less than $130. Whatever amount quoted above $130 will be entertained as 50% agents performance bonus.
Eight hours shift necessary.
Predictive Dialer will be provided free of cost by the client.
20 approved sales is the target of per agent per month.
$7 is the payout of per agent per hour.
If the target is not achieved and for example if the per agent is 1 sale behind than the target so per day hourly payment of the agent will be deducted.
Customer Service Number should be given of the client.
No sale would be confirmed until and unless the confirmation call would not be given from the client in order to ignore charge backs or if the center is passing the sales after following the proper quality parameters than the confirmation could be avoided in this scenario.
Center must use DNC scrubbed leads.
The sales could be done on the credit card in order to achieve the approval right there and then. Or on C.O.D which could be a bit delayed.
The assignment is 20 days per month/agent, but however, the center can work extra days in order to achieve the target.
Payment would be released after a month once the status is approved for the target implemented or could be claimed even if the target is not achieved. That would effect the per day deduction and the rest of the sales in cue if the target is not achieved than it would be forwarded in the next months invoice.
All the recordings required in order to process the sale.
Predictive dialer provided free of cost by the client.
