Workplace Distractions
You might wonder why I decided to blog about this kind of topic in outsourcing. Well, let me just tell you that this is applicable in the outsourcing workplace.

The outsourcing industry is generally like any other workplace, the only difference is that it is done in other countries. Hence, the workplace distraction could still remain the same.

This feature in Businessweek is a good one and I decided to share it with you. Here is the list for the Worst Workplace Distractions:

-Overcommunication
-E-mail
-Web Surfing
-Loud Co-workers
-Attempted Sabotage
-Technology Glitches
-Business Lunches
-The Egomaniacal Boss
-Flirting
-intimidationlinks
-Birthday Celebrations
