You might wonder why I decided to blog about this kind of topic in outsourcing. Well, let me just tell you that this is applicable in the outsourcing workplace.

The outsourcing industry is generally like any other workplace, the only difference is that it is done in other countries. Hence, the workplace distraction could still remain the same.
