Indian-based Wipro has received the Global Most Admired Knowledge Enterprises (MAKE) 2005 award. Wipro has won at the Indian and Asian MAKE levels to reach the global awards.

A panel of Global Fortune 500 senior executives and knowledge management experts chose the 2005 Global MAKE winners. They used a framework composed of eight key knowledge performance dimensions to rate each organization.

Additionally, the award was the result of a MAKE study conducted by Teleos, an independent research company, in association with the KNOW Network, a Web-based community of businesses dedicated to superior organizational performance.
