I can tell you outsourcing is THE worst thing a company can do, especially engineering, India have not one person that can sit down and do 3D design on the computer, An Engr gives a drawing to a designer, he gives it to a drafter, the drafter puts it in the system..etc, we have the people here that can do the job, it is these special incentives that companies get to send their work out, the actual work that comes back is basically redesigned completely after it comes back to the states, such a scam, They can’t do the work, memos of lessons learned again and again, no mean yes, yes means no, if they shake their head in a figure eight it means they don’t know, this is such crap, we need jobs here in the states, this is all about GREED, nothing more, GREED.
