Yeah VoIP really contribute in outsourcing. VoIP sends information in digital form in discrete packets rather than by using the traditional circuit-committed protocols of public switched telephone network. VoIP avoids a tolls charge of ordinary telephone services. Using VoIP, voice information is converted into digital packets and sent over the internet, and then converted back into analog signals before reaching the phone receiver at the other end. VoIP uses the real-time protocol to help ensure that packets delivered in a timely way. t is an easy access for the call centers to reach out and to be reached out by their costumers.
