Unsatisfactory Outsourcing
One of the reasons why some outsourcing deals go down the drain is because of the number of unsatisfied customers that these outsourcing deals handle.

Let me explain it to you. Customers are the most important part of business because they are consumers, the ones who brings the money in the company. If these customers are not satisfied, the chances of the company growing would become smaller. These tales of unsatisfied customers would spread like Wildfirelinks thus affecting the whole company.

If you want to listen to a sample of one unsatisfied customer, just refer to this link. Outsourcing companies should take note of this and prioritize the satisfaction of customers because as I've said customers are important.
