UK Insists on Secured Outsourcing
The British government is now emphasizing on the need to secure all business transaction regardless if they are outsourced or not.

The emphasis on secured outsourcing was done when the British Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) released a statement saying that firms are the ones responsible for protecting important data. Aside from that, the group also insist that data Protection should still be implemented even if the data is involved in an outsourcing transaction.

All of the details regarding data protection are filed under the new Data Protection Act. If firms would violate this rule, they would be immediately be punishment for breaches.
