Tutorial Outsourcing
There is another trend in outsourcing and it has nothing to do with IT-sort of.
The newest trend in outsourcing could be commonly defined as "private tutors". In the US, hiring private tutors cost an estimate of $25-$100 an hour. Through outsourcing one-online, the rate drops to only $2.50 an hour.
Using VoIP, workers from outsourcing destinations like India could tutor kids from their own homes using the usual techniques of tutoring with the advantage of modern technology.
If you would look at the figures, only two-thirds of teenagers are able to graduate high school. Online tutoring even if it is outsourced would help teenagers in finishing their education.

I checked the response from people in this forum thread, I hope such outsourcing will also help the educated unemployed youth to earn few bucks.
