The success that India has experienced with outsourcing is something that most countries want to have hence the additional number of outsourcing destinations.

This is one of the trends to look forward to in the coming years. Countries like China, Philippines, Egypt, Poland and others aim to have their own slice of the outsourcing pie. Expect additional package and prices for each country in terms of outsourcing opportunities.

Most of these countries are taking advantage over the said "skills crisis" in India and are offering alternatives to different companies as well as outsourcing vendors. It seems like the market for outsourcing is expanding rapidly and I just hope that this growth could be sustained.
