Consolidation is the new game when it comes to outsourcing. In order to reach different and far places, merging companies or outsourcing organization would be the most convenient and effective way of doing it.

One of the advantages of consolidation is the chance to combine resources and also the chance to grow more because of that. Instead of treating each other as competition in the outsourcing market, they are working towards a common goal.

I have a feeling that we would be seeing more of this consolidation especially if India would have to struggle to be on top of the BPO industry.
