Transformation of Call Centers
Due to the growing outsourcing industry, the transformation of the call center industry one way to ensure that outsourcing industry would be beneficial for employees.

There are different functions which call centers are trying to improve. Here are some of the functions aimed for the said transformation:
Customer care
Inbound sales
Web self-help
Robust response management
Logistics and distribution
Marketing services

The transformation was supposed to be implemented so that companies would be able to fully maximize their outsourcing strategy. The transformation could also help the workers in the outsourcing industry.
