Training and Development in Outsourcing

One of the things that should be constant in every outsourcing industry is the need for training and development for the outsourcing workers. Let me differentiate these two factors:
Training – Training in outsourcing is more of letting workers familiarize themselves with the tasks that they are going to do. Workers in the outsourcing industry should undergo some kind of "program" which would brief them of their expected tasks, their work output, the quality of their work and other related tasks.
Development – In this case, development should focus more on developing the skills and talents of an individual. These skills and talents should be cultivated or developed in order to make the individual more effective in their work in the outsourcing field.
The outsourcing industry, regardless of the destination should go on honing these two factors because it could really contribute a lot to their outsourcing success.
