As mentioned in my previous posts, outsourcing security is not a sign of desperation. There are many companies which outsources different security functions.

If you want to know what top security functions are commonly outsourced, I bring you the list. The list was derived from the results of the survey done by Information Week/Accenture Global Information Security.
