The Total value of outsourcing deals is declining according to the Quarterly Index report done by TPI. Though that is the case, the value of outsourcing deals in Europe is not following such trend.

According to the same report, "the total value of outsourcing deals in Europe increased by 67 per cent to 7.7bn (£5.2bn) compared with the same period last year."

I think that most European companies have learned the right strategy of outsourcing thus its trend to outsource more rather than less.
