The Two Sides of Outsourcing in India
We all know that India is still considered as the priority when it comes to outsourcing destination, the only problem here is that whether or not the country lives up to their expectation. For the past years, India has been growing steadily and even if that is a good thing, it also yields different disadvantages in outsourcing.

These points were mentioned in this article entitled Indian Outsourcing Has Peaked. It enumerated the different glitches that India is experiencing in terms of living it up as a top outsourcing destination. Here are some of the things which was addressed:

The Rupee riddle - The rising value of the Indian Rupee against the US dollar continues to be a big problem for the Indian outsourcing industry.

Cost (In)Efficiency - There is also the rising value of wages thus prompting companies to think about outsourcing and if they are really saving a lot of money because of it.

That Age-Old Infrastructure - India's ability to sustain is being questioned in this factor and if the country would be able to sustain the expected growth.

Though that is the case, India still has a lot to offer. The country just needs to overcome these disadvantages to grow more an outsourcing destination.
