Partha Iyengar of Gartner further explains the situation stating that "India has been a great avenue for job creation in the past few years, and that too with very little fixed capital investment. This success has not gone unnoticed around the world, especially among the countries which also have their people as their greatest asset".
More than 50 countries are now currently interested in the outsourcing trend and are conducting research studies which would uncover the secret or strategy behind India's success.
Personally, I believe that even if these 50 countries achieve their outsourcing goal, it would not have a direct impact in India because the outsourcing market is still a big one. This competition would also make each country more competitive with each other thus paving the way for providing quality service.
