The research study done by Analysys showed that this industry was able to show a 6% annual growth in the year 2005 to 2010. The growth was shown particularly for outsourcing technological and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Simon Sherrington, the author of the said report remarked that the growth in Telecom outsourcing is certainly evident today. He also mentioned that "an effective and well-managed outsourcing scheme can deliver flexibility, reduce time to market for new services, and help to deliver profit growth for shareholders."
Patience is certainly a virtue and Telecom outsourcing is an example of showing how patience could pay off.
