The Pressure in Outsourcing
Just because that every company joins the outsourcing bandwagon, it means that you should join it to. Sometimes, what is best for others may not be best for you.
This could also be one of the reasons why companies experience failure in outsourcing. Before involving the company into an outsourcing deal, companies and their heads should first consider if such business strategy would benefit their companies.
Having a checklist or a guide would be beneficial in aiding a company in their decision making. Even a simple series of questions would help like:
What are the benefits in outsourcing?
Would the company maximize the benefits they would get in outsourcing?
How much would the company spend/save in outsourcing?
