The Philippine Call Center Industry

Last 2001, there were only a total of 2,000 people who worked as call center agents. Nowadays, there are at least 200,000 employees who are employed in the call center industry. The growth rate was equated to 90% in the past 5 years and it has an estimated revenue of 1.7 billion dollars.
One of the reasons attributed to the success of the call center industry in the Philippines is the people's familiarity and understanding
