The Paradigm of IT Outsourcing

While searching for a worthwhile news regarding outsourcing, I was able to stumble upon this article entitled Defining the next paradigm of IT outsourcing which focused on the evolution of IT outsourcing as a whole.

The article was able to identify the term "paradigm" stating that it is "a worldview that is vulnerable to being displaced when new ideas render it obsolete". Innovation could be described as the main name of the game which is the reason why most paradigms are not constant.

In this article, it talks about the effective paradigm which companies should adapt when contemplating on IT outsourcing. Here are some of the points highlighted in the paradigm:

* Proactive methodologies and capabilities.
* Predictive assessment and action.
* Dynamic, scalable business models.
