The reason why many outsourcing deals are showing "cracks" so to speak is because of their one-sided way of dealing with outsourcing deals. This means that all they aim for is the cost-saving goal that they want.

Many of these companies do not realize that there are risks involve in every outsourcing transaction despite claims that these are "risk-free". The only way to deal with these risks is to minimize them as much as possible and preparing for unforeseen circumstances.
