The Outsourcing Checklist

A checklist would serve as your guide as you go about your decision on where and how to outsource. Here are some of the important things which should be included in your checklist:
-obtaining relevant organization documents from potential outsourcing providers
-considering the qualifications and background in the Senior management
of outsourcing provider -gathering relevant data and information about outsourcing providers-verifying the references of outsourcing providers as well as seeking additional references
-evaluation of the financial condition of the service providers
-assessment of the service provider's technological and systems capabilities
One of the major functions of a checklist is making sure that you would not forget a single detail which is relevant to you and in this case, on your outsourcing deal.
