The Evolving Outsourcing Models
As I have mentioned in my previous blog posts, outsourcing has indeed been changing in the past years.

Before, cost and cheap labor were the main attraction that outsourcing providers have when offering their services but nowadays, outsourcing providers should go beyond this. In Accordancelinks to this, Pramod Bhasin, CEO for Genpact showed the same sentiment in this statement:
"Companies will need to take steps to extend their cost advantage as far as possible, while looking at growing from simple outsourcing to specific services and high-end deliverables".

This means that companies need to come up with new outsourcing models which would promise a low-cost yet quality service in their outsourcing deals.
