The Evolution of HR Outsourcing

HR outsourcing is now more than just payroll because it is now focused on another facet of HR outsourcing - Recruitment.
RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) could be considered as the product of outsourcing evolution especially when it comes to HR outsourcing. This could be considered as a clear definition of RPO:
RPO is when a company outsourcers its recruitment process in order to get more access and also save on cost. It is done for both permanent and temporary Staffing
. Permanent staffing is referred to when a company hires people for its staff and puts them on its regular payroll. Temporary staffing, on the other hand, is very clearly staff augmentation. Clients in the retail, financial service space normally opt for it.I believe that RPO is here to stay especially when outsourcing vendors are developing strategies to make it less expensive yet a quality business option.
