The Lighter Side of Outsourcing
by Carol Kendrick on October 31, 2007

As you would notice in outsourcing, first there were only non-core business tasks which are outsourced like call centers and now, tasks that are outsourced are becoming more and more intricate because of the demands of customer and the knowledge that someone is wiling to that job.
Steve Lohr also mentioned this development in outsourcing, calling it the "second wave". Here is what they have to say in the butler-type outsourcing:
"The second wave, according to some entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and offshoring veterans, will be the globalization of consumer services. People like Yamaki and Tham, they predict, are the early customers in a market that will one day include millions of households in the United States and other nations. They foresee a host of potential services beyond tutoring and personal assistance: like health and nutrition coaching; personal tax and legal advice; help with hobbies and cooking; learning new languages and skills; and more. Such services, they say, will be offered for affordable monthly fees or piecework rates."
Are you ready for that kind of outsourcing?

working in an outsourcing company myself here in the eastern part of the globe. Truly, offshore outsourcing has truly helped so much of the youth here who hardly can find a decent job that would pay them more than the minimum wage salary that's unbearably considerate to most local employers we have here. Some of these youth who are computer whiz yet undergraduates can benefit to the transformation of this global concept thus can even give a better room of improvement if they in case seek of a different career path.
As a virtual assistant now. I am proud and thankful to have this job compared to past jobs I had who plainly sticks to you as a sort of status due to being able to be in part with big business conglomerates that has poor wage offers and benefits.

Wow, this is new. I've heard of virtual assistants, but butlers? What's next then?
Outsourcing had been rampant these days that possibly any job could be outsourced. I think people are ready for this because it is in demand.

Yes, Butler is the latest development in offshore outsourcing. he first wave of slicing up services work and sending it abroad has been all about business. Computer programming, call centers, product design and back-office operations like accounting and billing have all migrated abroad to some degree, and mainly to India.

Outsourcing levels the playing field. Those who could not afford an expensive assistant or a butler here in the U.S. can now get a professional, highly educated, charming, dedicated virtual assistant, or a butler for that matter, somewhere in the Philippines through MyEmployee Solutions http://www.myemployee.net

After having tried to use GetFriday and AskSunday and finding that I was getting frustrated at the service provided and how long it would take to instruct the VA as to what it was I actually wanted, I thought I had given up on outsourcing my life. Then comes Zirga.com, a freakin Godsend! They are a knowledgeable US based (so speak good understandable English) company that has made my life so much easier!
They are however more expensive, but well worth the extra cash, I believe that with all my heart...anyways, give them a try tell me what you think
