Kurt Potter: Customers are no longer looking for just a technology fix--they want to include the outsourcing vendor to solve business problems, whether it's in the business process, the application layer, or the infrastructure layer. That's the expectation now.

Allie Young: We're seeing that outsourcing vendors want to deliver more of these services with a globally consistent delivery model. But that brings with it an inherent conundrum: Outsourcing has an unlimited ability to deliver cost savings, yet customers want a customized environment and don't want to be part of utility service models.
