Talent Drain in Outsourcing
One of the possible worst case scenarios in outsourcing is the possible occurrence of talent drain in outsourcing destinations and employees. This problem would really have an effect in outsourcing because there would be no one competent to do the job.

This situation could be prevented especially if early interventions are implemented. One of these interventions is the rigid implementation of quality education for students who would be future workers of the said country. In this way, they would be able to work without the need for additional training.

As for those workers who have already graduated and are working, a training and skills analysis program would be beneficial because in this way, workers would not be able to experience a performance lag.
