Strong Leadership in Outsourcing

Having a strong leader is important in every organization. It is also very much important when a company decides to partake in an outsourcing partnership.

The myth which states that outsourcing would lead to the elimination of CIO is just what it is-a myth. There is no reality in such statement because the role of a CIO in ensuring the effectiveness of outsourcing is vital.
