SR.Teleperformance USA and CallTech Merge

SR.Teleperformance, a global provider of contact center management, has announced the merger of its business units, Teleperformance USA and CallTech Communications, LLC.
Teleperformance USA provides domestic, customer care, technical support and inbound sales solutions to US-based companies in different industries. CallTech offers technical support and customer services to companies in the telecommunications, technology and Internet services sectors.
The merged company will include 32 contact centers, over 16,500 employees and more than 15,000 workstations. The company will also retain the Teleperformance name.
C. J. Petitti, CEO of CallTech, said, "This will allow us to operate more efficiently and merge selected operations while better leveraging our management and technology. Our clients will be better served through enhanced operational efficiencies and economies of scale."
Dominic Dato, CEO of Teleperformance USA said, "This merger will generate an even stronger outsourcing alternative for our U.S. clients seeking domestic and/or offshore solutions."
Daniel Julien, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SR. Teleperformance, added, "The US market represents 50% of the global customer care outsourcing market and this merger further demonstrates Teleperformance's commitment to be the number one outsourcing strategic partner for our clients in the U.S. market."
