Sri Lanka's Dialog Telekom, one of the country's biggest cellular provider decided to expand their BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) transactions through extending their services for local and foreign clients.
They currently have a capacity of 250 call center area which works round the clock thus providing quality service to customers in different capacities. Extension plans for the year 2007 is now being discussed.
This news definitely shows that Sri Lanka is keen on making its place in the outsourcing world.
