Spanco Telesystems bags Rs800mn outsourcing contract
Spanco Telesystems and Solutions Ltd has been awarded a three-year, Rs800 million outsourcing contract with BSNL.
Under the agreement, Sparsh, Spanco's domestic call center operations outfit , will handle inbound calls of BSNL's mobile and broadband subscribers. They will also manage BSNL's 4 regions namely, West (Pune), East (Kolkatta), South (Bangalore) and North (Gurgoan).
Spanco is expected to generate revenues of Rs180mn in its 1st year, Rs220mn in its 2nd year, and Rs400mn in its 4th year.
