Spanco secures outsourcing contract from Air India

Under the contract, Spanco handles inbound services such as calls relating to flight information, booking
and reservations, hotel and limo bookings, baggage, and tele-check-in and complaints. The deal also marks the company's domestic call center operations in aviation. In 2004, Spanco's international call center Respondez has received its own outsourcing contract from Air India to provide similar services for passengers from the UK, USA and Canada.
