SMEs and Outsourcing: An Important Relationship
Filed in archive Opinions & Insights by Carol Kendrick on August 22, 2007

Small and medium-sized enterprises benefit a lot from outsourcing.
This is the statement shown in the article entitled Outsourcing: An important tool for exporting SMEs. This is particularly evident in Peru. The emergence of small and medium sized business (SMEs) are considered vital in a country's economy because of its contribution in profits especially the ones that exports.
Outsourcing enables these enterprises to get their game on as it drives further profits with less cost. Aside from that, the article also remarked that:
Outsourcing gives a company enough flexibility to develop in a competitive world and is well known by big companies and commercial conglomerates but constitutes a vital tool for SME development because it allows little companies to provide goods and services to others that already have presence in the local or international market.
Any thoughts?
