Small Businesses Gain More in Outsourcing
For the past years, we have read our share of news regarding the good and bad sides of outsourcing. As outsourcing evolves and grows into the kind that we know today, some people's perception also grows as well.

Mark O'Neil, the commercial director of Independent Growth Finance (IGF) remarked that outsourcing is considered more advantageous for small and mid-sized firms as compared to large or multinational companies. He also added that small and mid-sized firms are more likely to experience the full scale benefits of outsourcing.

The statement given by Mark O'Neil appears to be true but this does not mean that large companies would not be able to experience the "outsourcing advantage". As long as companies know how to execute their outsourcing business plans and increase productivity in their core business processes, outsourcing would be definitely good for them.
