Single Outsourcing No More
Firms are now shifting away from the concept of "single Outsourcing" thus being more open to the idea of having multiple outsourcing suppliers.
This was the conclusion revealed by a recent research study which focused on the type of outsourcing deals that firms prefer. There were at least 100 businesses which participated in the said survey and almost 2/3 of the participants expressed that they would prefer multiple outsourcing suppliers as opposed to a single outsourcing supplier.
The reason for this shift was the desire for firms to spread and explore different options when it comes to their outsourcing deals. The favorable attitude that firms showed towards outsourcing, be it multiple outsourcing or single outsourcing just show that firms are learning to be wise in regards to their outsourcing options.
