Companies are complacent that they would be able to monitor the progress of their outsourced tasks because of the benefits of modern technology. Though that may be true, knowing exactly how to monitor it would help.
Some people think that monitoring in outsourcing deals are not necessarily which leads to its downfall. Having a detailed plan on how to monitor these tasks would ensure that your target goal has been achieved as well as ensuring the quality in regards to the tasks being outsourced.
