Seven Sins in Outsourcing
The seven deadly sins is a list of unacceptable things that companies and vendors alike should not do when dealing with their outsourcing transactions.

These "sins" were results of a study done to IT experts and veterans who discussed the different failures that are commonly experienced in outsourcing transactions.

The best way to fight these outsourcing pitfalls is to make sure that companies and outsourcing providers alike would be aware of these sins. Awareness would eventually pave the way in making sure that these sins would not be repeated again.
