Selective Outsourcing is In
A new research shows that more and more companies are opting for "selective outsourcing" which means that companies are hiring different outsourcing providers for different outsourcing tasks. The research was done by Watson Wyatt.

The changing trend in outsourcing just shows that companies are getting smarter when it comes to outsourcing. Before, companies were content of only one outsourcing provider doing all the outsourcing tasks they need. Nowadays, selective outsourcing is in.

The reason why selective outsourcing is in? Variety. Of course, companies are always looking out for what is best for them which leads them to practice selective outsourcing. Outsourcing providers have their own "specialization" and this is one factor these companies would like to take advantage of when outsourcing.
