Risks or Benefits?

In outsourcing, this is usually the debate especially with companies that are doing this business strategy for the first time.

If you look at the positive side, there are the benefits which companies could benefit from outsourcing. There is the monetary benefits which would help organizations save money. There is also the time-saving part which would help companies in saving time and using the time save for "core" activities.

Of course, the negative side would include the different risks in outsourcing especially the exposure of vulnerable and important information or data. Though there are programs preventing this from happening, one could never tell.
