This is one of the most alarming problems in outsourcing especially when it comes to companies who are hoping that outsourcing would be the miracle worker for their companies.

India is considered as the number one outsourcing destination but the Rising wage rate in this country is endangering its growth. One of the reasons why this happens is because of the rising number of companies which are currently having their outsourced tasks in India.

In this article, the different threats in outsourcing was discussed in terms of how it would affect India. Some of the threats included were the following:

-wage inflation in India
-quality concerns
-possible outsourcing legislation
-perceived security risks
-resistance from middle management
