This blog entry does not intent to dissuade companies from outsourcing India. Instead, this blog entry is meant to inform and make companies aware of the potential problems which they could encounter when outsourcing to India.

Here are some of the reasons why not to outsource in India:

Not enough quality workers – though there are many available workers in India, not all of them are skilled to do the tasks which most outsourcing companies prefer.

High Turn-over rate – due to the high demand, some outsourcing workers hop from different companies and immediately resigns.

Security Risks – even there are existing laws which protects the security of companies outsourcing, there are still parts about it which should be further developed.

These are just some of the disadvantages when outsourcing to India. Don't let these advantages color your perception of outsourcing in India. Instead, take it as a challenge to do something regarding these existing problems when it comes to outsourcing to this country.
