Reasons for Blogging Outsourcing
Blogging is defined by Wikipedia as a user-generated website where entries are made in journal style and displayed in a reverse chronological order. As for me, I view blogging as the modernized version of newspapers with everyone as an author.

Outsourcing has also entered this zone with companies and individuals opting to outsource their blogs to other people. They could outsource the whole content of their blog to other people or to make them as "co-authors" for the said blog.

Darren Rowse of ProBlogger
mentioned some of the disadvantages and advantages of outsourcing your blog. Here are some of the reasons he mentioned:
Advantages:
-introduce new skills, opinions, experiences and expertise into the mix
-potentially increase posting frequency
-having people in different time zones to keep things well maintained

Disadvantages
-new voices can disenfranchise some loyal readers
-compensation challenges - finding the right model and administering it
-recruiting - how do you find the right person with the right 'fit'?
