One of the things that you have to remember when encountering problems in outsourcing is not to panic. Companies should still be able to be remain calm even faced with uncertain circumstances.
When faced with this kind of ordeal, here are some tips on handling it:
a. Identify the Problem
b. Determine the cause/reasons for the problem
c. Weigh the possible consequences of the said problem
d. Plot possible solution regarding the situation
These tips are just simple things which companies need to practice in order to be rational and calm under these circumstances.

I feel that outsourcing definitely has its problems but new technology is changing this. Now people who are even just starting businesses can think about outsourcing tasks to offshore workers by having them utilize high speed internet connections to connect to work on a company's servers.
