On Key Performance Indicators:
David Poole, CEO of Business Process Outsourcing at Capgemini remarked that cost still remains as the main reason why companies continue to outsource.
Amit Badami, director of Emerging Markets Research Group also supported David Poole's statement regarding cost as the main reason for outsourcing. Aside from that, Mr. Badami added that if cost was the main reason then quality is the reason why companies maintain their outsourcing deals.

On Outsourcing:
Peter Scott, Global head of finance and accounting at Alsbridg mentioned that outsourcing is not a new concept because it has been existing even before its "boom". The only difference now is the variety that outsourcing offers.
