Personnel Continuity: Crucial to Outsourcing Success
Communication and Strategic moves are not the only factors needed to have a fruitful success in outsourcing.

One of the factors to be also considered is Personnel continuity. This is the survey result recently done by legal firm Bird & Bird and Quantum Plus, a sourcing consultancy. According to the report, "leaving development of strong relationships by the wayside during an outsourcing project is the main reason for client failure".

This means that a strong commitment with an outsourcing project or function is a must because it gives way to the success of the whole outsourcing task. This means that people who are involved in the whole outsourcing deal should remain focused and loyal so that their ultimate objective would be achieved.
