Before outsourcing recruitment tasks seems like a big risk in the corporate world because these people would be part of the company and most managers would prefer to have hands on decision regarding this matter.

Nowadays, many companies are resulting into outsourcing their recruitment. This article was able to point out the reason on why companies are now into this practice. Here is an excerpt:
