One of the reasons why companies are not able to experience success in outsourcing is because they are not able to use such business strategy wisely.

New Zealand companies are guilty of such accusations according to the research study done by KPMG. Most companies who are outsourcing do not practice efficiency in this kind of business strategy. Anthony Hafoka was also quoted stating that "most Kiwi companies are not using outsourcing well or wisely and the less competitive you are, the less bottom line profit you make."

Personally, I consider this move as an "ignorant" act because monitoring the results and knowing how to improve such results is vital to an organizations. Kiwi companies should gear up in their outsourcing efficiency in order to gain more out of it.
