Outsourcing View: Hillary Clinton
A few days ago, I posted about Hillary Clinton's point of view in regards to outsourcing. In line with this, the Senator recently expressed again her concerns regarding outsourcing in a campaign wherein most audience were Indian technologists.

Clinton again mentioned her concerns about outsourcing and how this kind of business strategy would affect the US as well as the US workers. Here are some interesting excerpts from her speech:

"Workers in the U.S. are concerned about outsourcing, as I'm sure you know. And I think they have a right go be. If the standard of living and the quality of life falls in reality and in perception and in any way decreases in the United States, our bilateral cooperation and partnerships could very well suffer in the long run."

Her concerns regarding outsourcing and her expressed views about globalization seems a little bit mixed up especially since she pointed out that she totally supports globalization. It's really confusing to pinpoint if she is pro or anti outsourcing. Personally, I feel that she is in favor of outsourcing with the condition that it is done minimally.
